With Funded by Alkuwait ... Lay the foundation Stone for Elaaf Residential Village to Shelter Displaced and Affected Families on the west coast.

The first stage  of the project includes the construction of 50 housing units, each unit consisting of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a courtyard, in addition to building a mosque and digging an artesian well powered by solar energy. The project funding from the International Islamic Charitable Organization in the State of Kuwait and the implementation of Altwasul for human development.

 Mr. Sultan Mahmoud, Director General of Al-Makha District and Dr. Adel Al-Masoudi, Director of the Organizations Affairs Office on the West Coast and Mr. Sadiq Al-Saidi, Director of the Office of the Altwasul Foundation for Human Development they layed the foundation's stone.
