Altwasul for Human Development has Implemented Water Well Project in Shabwah Governorate
With funding from the International Islamic Charity Organization – State of Kuwait,
Altwasul for Human Development has implemented a new water well project in Shabwah Governorate,
to provide clean and reliable water to over 4,000 residents in
📍 Muqbilah Al-Ulya (Al-Ghoul – Al-Raida – Al-Souq)
Project Contain:
🔹 Deep artesian well (150 meters)
🔹 Solar-powered pumping system
🔹 Dedicated pump room
🔹 Stone reservoir with a 36 m³ capacity
💧 Water output: 14.4 m³ per hour
This project stands as one of the most impactful and strategic water in the governorate,
helping to ease the daily struggles of local communities and ensur access to safe, sustainable drinking water.
