Construction and operation of a medical oxygen Plant in Aden Governorate, funded by the Kuwait Relief Society. It includes the construction of a warehouse, technical administration rooms, and worker housing, in addition to a power generator to ensure uninterrupted production. The plant has a production capacity of 300 oxygen cylinders per day and serves the governorates of Aden, Abyan, Lahij, and Dhalea
