The CEO of the Altwasul for Human Development Discusses with the Minister of Health about the Foundation’s Interventions in the Health Sector

Today, in the interim capital Aden, Dr. Qasim Buhibah, Minister of Public Health and Population with Mr. Raed Ebrahim CEO of Altwasul for human development foundation, they discussed the foundation's various interventions in the health sector.

During the meeting, the Minister was briefed on the technical arrangements necessary to begin the construction, furnishing, and operation of the artificial limb center at the Marib General Hospital Authority, which is being built on an area of 1200 square meters and includes a limb manufacturing workshop, measurement and rehabilitation clinics, and is designed according to the latest international standards with  funded by the General Secretariat of Endowments in the Kuwait State.

The Minister Buhibah was briefed on the foundation's strategic plans, which include the construction of a cancer hospital and a burn center in Aden, as well as the foundation's other projects in the health sector. He called for the need to establish specialized treatment centers that are a priority in terms of needs.

The Minister commended the Kuwaiti government's support for the health sector and the Altwasul Foundation's distinguished role in implementing sustainable impact projects.
